Humans: The virtuisque

A rather eventful day and things strange took place. As a 'devoted' member of the infamous 'e-blah' letter committee i found myself looking distraught and rather unkempt which i do feel so normally, but today was a different level! Thus was the counsel of the 'lugubrious' minds congregated at that opportune moment in the cabin we so dearly hold in high esteem! Pitty that not many get to live out their lives with so many choices. For i find a basic pattern in my life which has a quintessential and most unnerving agony one can ever experience or rather taste the so called disillusioned self belief that life can be handled with a rather laid back approach!
What i wish to convey is both 'abominable' and may be treated as a philosophical treatise on a rather simple subject which many may seem to hold untrue to the very existence of such a scenario, or reality to me and people of my kin which is what it actually is! I begin with a very simple observation. What made humans the dominant species on the mysterious and yet blasphemous world? The answer would not need a sense of master yoda nor the 'force' within! Yup, its the brain. One of the most amazing and yet uncomprehensive piece of plasma and accompanied with it the wonderful mixture of the so called elements of nature coupled with the ever empathised syllable 'evolution', humans have indeed progressed. Progress does have a limit. That limit is precisely what i try to describe in this quest for answers. Confused? Your on the right track bob! For thats exactly where we're heading!
As the movie matrix may seem rather hysterical with the depth of the concept of the movie and to have a 'make-believe' response to the audience who in india , unfortunately paid for it just for the action, which undoubtedly were amazing. But a rather miniscule percentage are those who feel there is a matrix and we could indeed be the 'Residiual Self Image' . But the story is far from that dimension! We feel it all the time! The life in us tends to guide us or we feel so if not too often. Human instinct is not a god's gift! Though i do believe some have it more than others but it all comes down to habitat! In a civilised world humans have completely negated all the jungle instincts and has adapted himself in a variety of ways to suit the world he lives in, thereby maintaining the threatening balance of the word 'biosphere'.
We see it happen all the way. A keen look into people's behaviour (ours included) reveals rather alarming trends in human and psychic discontent of failure and the thirst to stay on top and the very ultimate and most priced and yet widely criticised paper of sheet which we humans call 'money'! As it was rightly pointed out 'We humans are like a disease, spreading one place to another consuming all the resources, until it runs dry and then move over somewhere else and multiply and multiply till there's none left again!' It is beyond doubt we're heading to a major event which would indeed shake the very foundation of the word 'evolution' but the power to restrict that or invite it lies with the dominant species! "All dominant species oversee a rather disastrous and a Very quick End". What would be ours then?! It need not and is Definitely not a concern i intend to share but the very curiosity in me urges the research in the domain of human evolution and the End of the world as i see it. Rather interesting observations thus obtained tend to alter the very manner in which you may see life as it is now! But do you ever ponder over such things!?

' Where is the sound of the sparrow squeak,
of the burrows and the rustle of the leafless trees.

For not in this world is the sanity of old,
but is old really the bare stone of gold?

Hustle and bustle and anger outside the pane,
is what you get in this world of pain.

ALAS! What man has made of man!'
